Pain, Gain and Ecstasy at 13000 ft

A leadership coach asks us to face our fears head-on.  That is the only way to drive them away.
My fear - heights. How do I challenge it? Just Jump out of an airplane at 13000 ft.
Well I did that on Nov 16 2008. The day would remain etched in my memory for a long time to come.

7 people who just followed their guts geared up on the beautiful Sunday morning at Snohomish, Seattle.

When it was my turn to drop my legs outta of airplane's door, all I relied on was my guts that believed the trainer and his parachute!

You can watch the whole drama in action right here:

Within few seconds in my 120+ MPH free fall, I got the worst and intense ear pain that lasted for 2 hours (trainer didnt cover my ears properly)
But With pain comes Great Gain - World had not been that beautiful before - I was sailing above the peaks of the snow mountains and the invisible clouds!

I did a human flight for one whole minute, before my trainer launched the parachute only to make the whole experience more ecstatic!
